GG Paste ginger garlic paste which will last for months
If you want to make a curry , you need ginger-garlic paste. But what if you don't have time to make it.
This paste is going to make your life so much easier. Whenever you want make a curry just grab a piece of it from the freezer and you are good to go.
This will last for at least 6 months without losing it's flavor.
I have used the same amount of ginger and garlic which is 200 gm each. If you like stronger garlic flavor use more garlic than ginger.

200 gm organic ginger washed and cleaned , no need to peel it
200 gm garlic peeled
3 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
