This is a very quick recipe made with pork and fermented bamboo shoots and ghost chilli in a pressure cooker.
This is a local pork with very less fat content. You can take any kind!
Bamboo shoots are very popular in northeast_india and is used widely in various forms, here I have made with fermented bamboo shoots!
Ghost chilli are extremely hot, so be careful while using it!
I have made my version of naga inspired pork!
