Chicken Recipe:
-Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Pan fry on high heat for 3 minutes and then flip chicken. Once chicken is flipped, bake chicken at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Set chicken aside
Sauce:
-Melt butter, Add 1/2C chicken broth, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Cook for a few minutes before adding chicken back in. Let chicken cook in sauce until sauce is thickened.
Mash potatoes:
-Wash and Roughly peel potatoes. Chop in cubes and add to water and bring to a boil until softened.
-Reserve 1 Cup of potato water for mashing and drain potatoes.
Add potatoes back in pan, add butter, salt, pepper, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and a splash of potato water and mash. Add as much water as needed and mash until desired consistency
