Turkey's most comprehensive diorama documentary "Nakkal" is on air with its ninth episode.
In the ninth episode of Nakkal, a Diorama Documentary, there is Diorama Artist Bahattin Akarpınar.
The well-known Diorama Dede Bahattin Akarpınar told us how he met the art of diorama and how he became interested in this art because of the high price of the Volkswagen diorama he liked in an antique market.
He told us that when he was eight or nine years old, his father took his fifty-four model vehicles to the industry without stopping, and that he took him with him when he went, that he learned how the texture of those repair shops was, and that he wanted to reflect this in his works.
Saying I am after realism, Bahattin Akarpınar believes that artists should support each other for the further development of diorama in our country.
