How to grow MELONS in containers (START TO FINISH)
We experimented this year with growing melons in containers, which is generally more difficult than in the ground because it's harder to keep them well watered. We live in North Texas, Zone 8a, so our summers are quite hot. This video explains every step of the process - growing, fertilizing, watering, protecting your melons from pests, and harvesting. The melons we grew were the Kajari variety, and they were tasty, but not very large. The tips in this video should be pretty universal for other varieties.
