Plum Harvesting & Planning Adaptogen Jam!
When plums go ripe on the tree, it really happens all in a very short period of time! Naturally, you eat as many fresh ones as you can, because they're so delicious, but there's just no way to eat them all before they go bad! So it's time to get these all picked and then tap into AnnaBlanca's culinary ancestral practice of jam making. No sugar going in this jam of course! Maybe a bit of allulose, or maybe it will be plenty sweet on it's own. But the big question will be- what adaptogens will we add into this jam to take it to the next level?
