73% of Amazon Employees Consider Quitting After RTO Push
A new poll reveals that over 90% of Amazon employees are 'dissatisfied' with the company's new in-office policy. Although CEO Andy Jassy promoted Amazon's changes as an improved approach to work, many disgruntled employees interviewed by Fortune are convinced it’s an attempt to reduce headcount.
