For the onions
2 large onions sliced

For the sauce
5 tablespoons (72g) mayonnaise
2 tablespoons (28g) ketchup
1 tablespoon (13g) Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 pinch cayenne pepper
For the patties
1 1/2 pounds (680g) 80/20 ground chuck
1 tablespoon (13g) worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Diamond Crystal Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 slices rye bread
8 slices Swiss cheese
4 tablespoons (54g) unsalted butter at room temperature
