Do you need ICV when visiting Kenya? NO, it is not required but recommended.
Do you need ICV when visiting South Africa, Zambia or Zimbabwe? NO, you don't need yellow fever vaccination if you're coming from the Philippines or transiting in the Middle East, USA or Europe. But if you're coming from a country with risk of transmission or transiting for more than 12 hours at an airport in any of those countries, proof of yellow fever vaccination is REQUIRED.
