If you want to use NotePad ++ to make webpages or websites you should configure your browser to work with NotePad ++ so you can inspect your webpage HTML and CSS and use the inspector tools if necessary to troubleshoot. This video will show you how to make the Chrome browser work with NotePad ++. You can use the same steps in this video to make Firefox and/or Edge work with NotePad ++.

String in the video to add when configuring your browser to work with NotePad Plus Plus. Create a space at the end of the path to the browser then copy and paste this in:

"$(FULL_CURRENT_PATH)"
