apache shutdown unexpectedly this may be due to a blocked port missing dependencies xampp

Steps:
1. Open XAMPP Control Panel
2. When you click on Start button of apache, you will see following Errors:
"Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly
This may due to a block port, missing dependencies, improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
Press the Logs button to view error logs and check the Windows Event Viewer for more clues.
If you need more help, copy and post this entire log window on the forum."
3. Click on "Config" button of apache, then select "Apache (httpd.conf)"
4. On the notepad file press "Ctrl + F" and write "Listen" and click on "Find Next"
5. After few clicks on "Find Next", change port ":80" to ":8080" in these lines:
#Listen 12.34.56.78:80
Listen 80
[IP Address [12.34.56.78] is depend upon your network, so just change the ending port 80]
6. Again press "Ctrl+F" and write "ServerName" and Click on "Find Next"
7. Find "ServerName localhost:80" and change the port like this "ServerName localhost:8080"
8. Save this notepad file
9. Again click on "Config" and select "Apache (httpd-ssl.conf)"
10. On the notepad file press "Ctrl+F" and write "Listen" and click on "Find Next"
11. After few clicks on "Find Next", change port "443" to "4433" in these lines:
Listen 443
12. Again press "Ctrl+F" and write "ServerName" and Click on "Find Next"
13. Find "(VirtualHost_default_:443)" and change the port like this "(VirtualHost_default_:4433)"
14. Find "ServerName www.example.com:443" and change the port like this "ServerName www.example.com:4433"
15. Save this notepad file
16. Now start apache by click on Start button. It would start successfully :)
17. Now go to web browser, and type in address bar, "localhost:8080" and hit "Enter"
