I fixed Mulan 2020 by fanediting the Chinese version of, "I'll Make a Man Out of You," into the movie. This is the version sung by Jackie Chan in Mandarin,《男子汉》Nánzǐhàn.
This is a complete edit that fully integrates the live-action movie with the original song and gives a glimpse of what the training scene should have looked like.

I've paid attention to as much detail as I could to truly realize what this scene could have been. Changes include:
using the Chinese audio of the movie to match the song
introducing a complete training arc where Mulan struggles leading to a more satisfying emotional journey. Mulan fails in training several times, she trains harder then everyone else by training at night, and after being told to, "Pack up, go home," she redoubles her efforts and surpasses her fellow soldiers.
having Commander Tung "sing" the song like Shang
adding and adjusting numerous foley sound effects to emphasize the new edit (even small details like adding a sound effect for Mulan hitting her foot in her taiji jump front slap, or adding cloth and wind sound effects for Commander Tung's taiji demo)
combining footage from the HDR version of Mulan and AI upscaled footage in 4K for the best picture quality.
retranslating the Chinese lyrics to English (since the lyrics are different in Chinese)
