Habitats for Kids | An introduction to habitats + Quiz
This video gives a brief introduction to the various habitats throughout the world. As well as learning about 12 difference habitats, children can also take part in "spot the explorer" throughout the video. Children are asked to look out for Billy or Sam (the explorers)and work out which 2 habitats they do not appear in.
The answer is given at the end! There is also a short, fun quiz to check understanding of the key points - no, polar bears and penguins do not appear in the same habitat!
This is an introduction to my other videos in the set that will give more detailed information about each individual habitat. These are work in progress so you might want to subscribe to be informed of when they become available.
