The story of Neon Genesis Evangelion introduces a myriad of Angels, each one starkly different from the rest, for the most part. However, nothing proves more flabbergasting for the cast and audience alike than the Last Angel, Tabris. Appearing extremely human, piloting Asuka’s Evangelion, and bonding with Shinji, Tabris, also known as Kaworu Nagisa, seems to be just another odd specimen, much like Rei. But then again, Rei is not your average human either, unlike Shinji, Asuka, Misato, and Gendo, who are all very flawed in their own ways but human nonetheless.
