Final Cut Pro X with Motion 5 - Round Tripping

In my videos I have been using the lower thirds that come with Final Cut Pro to ask people to click on the Like Button in YouTube. I found a lower third that I liked and thought looked good in my videos, then simply double clicked on it to insert it where the play head was. All I had to do then was to change the text from the default, that was only there just to show where there should be some text. It was fairly easy to do this, but I wanted a quicker and even easier way to get this lower third into my videos. I just recently found out that I could do a right click on the lower third in the area where all the lower thirds are kept in Final Cut Pro X. I was then given the option to be able to open that lower third in Motion 5. I am quite pleased that I bought Motion 5 and even more pleased know that I can use it to make alterations to those little extras that Final Cut Pro X gives me.
I show in this video how I go from Final Cut Pro X quickly and easily into Motion 5, do the small changes that I need to make and end up with a lower third that only needs me to double-click on it to get into the video. Mostly I have only used Motion 5 for working with two-dimensional graphics but Motion will also do 3-D graphics. In this example I changed the text from a default that wasn't terribly useful into something that I could use straightaway and I also changed it so that the graphic for the lower third was lower in the video space.
