New Elemental Shield System - Sonic Into Cyberspace fan game devlog
The 3 elemental shields have been reworked, now each shield powers up its respective directional move, you can even combine them to use all their powers! But be careful getting hit just once will remove all your elemental shields, unless you also get a barrier shield which will give you an extra layer of protection.
I think this new system is really going to add another layer to finding secrets and routing time attacks in levels! Finding all 3 shields in an act may be essential to getting the best time!
