This 10-minute cardio and strength workout will strengthen your heart and muscles overall. It is designed for exercisers at the beginner level or with limited mobility, and those at an intermediate level. My mom does the beginner version in a chair and I do the intermediate version standing. Choose your own music for this workout!

The exercises are done in 30 second intervals with 15 seconds of active rest. You can do the workout with or without weights. Do the exercisers at your own pace.

Here is the list of 30-second exercises:

Chair Standups/Squat
Alternating Rows
Ab Pulldowns
Jumping Jacks
Bicep Curls
Single Leg Run - Left
Single Leg Run - Right
Goal Post Open/Close
Heel Raises
Ab Twists
Finisher: Step Outs

If the workout is on the easy side, increase the weights, speed up the repetitions, or do the video a second time! If it’s challenging, no worries -- do what you can and keep at it and build up your endurance and strength.
