HubSpot sequences are an automation tool that increases the productivity and effectiveness of sales teams by streamlining everyday tasks like email follow ups and calls in a consistent and scalable way.
Using a sequence, you can set a series of actions to occur after a specific amount of time. For example, after a new prospect fills out a form, step one might be to send an email. If the contact does not reply (or book a meeting on your calendar), then then sequence will move to the next action. This can be something like a task to make a call or to connect on LinkedIn.
You can also specify the amount of time between actions. There are additional settings to only send within business hours, or connect multiple contacts from one company under the same unenrollment options.
Using the analyze tab you can measure the performance of each sequence, and see what messages are engaging and resonating with your audience.
