Profit extraction from a Limited Company
If you’re thinking of setting up a limited company or already have one, an important concept to get your head around is profit extraction. The money in a limited company does not belong to you, it belongs to the company. As such you can’t just ‘help yourself’ to it like you would if you were self employed. There are lots of strategies to extract your profits from your company and I’ll touch on some of them today.
