I know the secret to weight loss after 60. Best of all, it won't cost you an arm and a leg. In fact, it may just save you money, while potentially increasing your life span.
No, I'm not talking about exercise, although that is certainly important. Today, I want to talk about intermittent fasting and why it may be one of the most effective ways to reset your body and get the weight loss results that you deserve.
