Available at Bandwidth's of 500 MHz / 1 GHz / 2 GHz, sample rate of 5 GS/s at each channel and up to 500 Mpts of acquisition memory.
Bode Plot, serial decoding (I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, UART), segmented memory are standard supplied. More decoding options are available to be added also later. The scope can also be enhanced with Eye diagram and Jitter analysis.
