The Minerva Center for the Rule of Law under Extreme Conditions and the Haifa Center for German and European Studies (HCGES) conducted a webinar at the University of Haifa on the topic of “Shrinking spaces for criticism of Israel in Germany,” bringing together international experts on German engagement with criticism of Israel, analysing the context and practice of the limitations on criticism and discussing possible ways forward.
