Stuttering & Glitchy Playback since Premiere Pro CC 2017
A video discussing (not providing a solution) to some recent glitching and stuttering of mainly ProRes clips in Adobe Premiere Pro since version 2017. This is on a Windows 10 PC.
I'm hoping that some of the huge community of people using this software might be able to help with a solution for me and others by commenting below. This only seems to have been a problem since Premiere Pro CC 2017 and I cannot find a solution online.
The problem is different from simple lag when a computer can't keep up due to too many effects etc. The only way I can describe it would be to say that it's the same as the effect used on Max Headroom in the 1980's...for those of you who remember that.
