It's not ready yet but I'm making progress. It's actually proving to be quite a bit more difficult than I anticipated, but I'll tell you when it's done and I'll make it available on the website (www.sunlitimagery.com). If I can get it to do everything I want it to do, it'll be super useful. Hopefully you like this video, I had tool restoration, and other trade-type videos in mind when I decided to put it together. If you have sticking points in your edits, I'm always happy to make videos around what you need help with. Last week's video on doors was based on a question my brother asked me about how a YouTuber made a certain effect in their video, so I made a video about it because I figured it would be helpful for you as well. Even if you are not struggling in your own edits, if you've seen effects you'd like me to try to break down, feel free to ask about those too!
A lot of this is 'below the fold' so you either are like me and read descriptions while a video plays, or you have a genuine interest in the goings on here. That makes you a good candidate for this question - Would you be interested in 1-2 livestreams a week of me working on that week's videos? It's something I've been thinking about doing for a while, and I think it'd be cool to be able to answer your questions and talk to you about what you've been working on while getting my own work done. A lot of people use ad blockers, which I understand... I use adblockers on some sites (recently grabbed YouTube premium though, which is awesome). It's a big move to whitelist ads on YouTube or other sites where the ads directly support the individual creators that you enjoy. I know the ads aren't fun to sit through but ad blockers have a pretty serious impact on the money these and videos from other creators you watch earn. They take a lot of time, and most of them take a lot of planning.
