Wow another steam summer sale has arrived! Steam Summer sale 2024 is here and it is full of amazing discounts on amazing games like skyrim Standard edition, skiyrm Enhanced or even skyrim Anniversary. But today we will be showcasing an ongoing steam exploit that allows users of google chrome to inject items into their steam cart using a bug in paypal to gain access to unlisted and hidden items on steam. This makes it possible to add games that have been removed from steam or even get some old csgo rewards added to your account that you can then sell for real money. Or you could spend the money you gain on buying more banana game steam items for no reason.
This is of course very bad and definitely should not be allowed so yeah valve please fix! A Special thanks to @PirateSoftware and his team for making me aware of the expanded implications this has with paypal and to maplesyrupghost for providing evidence of the widescale use of this exploit on steam. Now whilst you can use this exploit to absolutely rob the steam summer sale and potentially steal all of the rewards for basically nothing using subid shenanigans I think this is a bad idea! Instead in the steam summer sale 2024 go buy yourself a fun and silly game like brotato or crab champions and enjoy hundreds of ours of indie game bargain fun!
