In today's Europa Universalis IV video we checking out the 1.3 Khan of Khans update for Post Finem, an alternate history mod for EU4 which explores a timeline in which Carthage won the Punic Wars against the Roman Republic, and the butterfly effect that occurs due to that. This update focuses on the Eastern European/West Asian horde nations, the descendants of the Golden Horde of Jochi!
