This footage, posted by local fire station Beacon Hose, shows emergency crews using an extension ladder to extract a group of people from the flooded Brookside Inn Restaurant on Oxford Road.
According to the fire station, crews were called to the Brookside Inn Restaurant after paramedics responding to a nearby medical call reported rising floodwaters with concerns for the building's integrity.
