Vultr Tutorial: Bind Actions to Events with MySQL Triggers
In this video, Chuckk walks us through how to use triggers with Vultr Managed Databases for MySQL. Triggers are database objects associated with a table, and will be activated when a defined action is executed for the table.
Chuckk shows us how to store changes into the database so that they can be accessed and manipulated. These triggers won't work on read operations but they will allow you to do any set of actions whenever a row of data is changed or deleted.
