In today's video, we walk through how to use PromptLoop and its powerful AI model to automatically understand and categorize free-form text survey responses to questions like "other" to better understand the results. Companies use Typeform, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics to generate customer feedback data and now can process and categorize it automatically in Google Sheets with PromptLoop.

PromptLoop is available to all Google Sheets users and can be used for free to replicate this exercise within the free tier.
