with:
image2 = reads from a list of of image files
-framerate 1/2 = changes of photo every 2 seconds
s%03d.jpg = processes photos starting with: s001.jpg, s002.jpg, s003.jpg, …
-r 25 = output video to be 25 frames per second (fps)

with:
image2 = reads from a list of of image files
-framerate 2 = changes of photo every 1/2 = 0.5 second
IMG%02d.jpg = processes photos starting with: IMG01.jpg, IMG02.jpg, IMG03.jpg, …
-r 25 = output video to be 25 frames per second (fps)
