“Being ordinary is easy, but becoming extraordinary is hard.”
So if you wanna become extraordinary, you need to go the extra mile, and that's what it's all about.
👉🏾There are two things you could actually do to go the extra mile.
1️⃣Say, for example, you're attending interviews, think about how you can differentiate yourself from other people. What are the small things you could do? Which will make you stand up from the crowd. And again, I have a lot of articles, videos, and resources on my website and my YouTube channel on this. So go check it out.
2️⃣The next thing you wanna keep in mind is, Always undersell and over-perform. So what do I mean by that? Say you've been given a particular task, and if it's gonna take two days to finish, say it's gonna take three days to finish, add a buffer time to it. And what you are going to do is for the first one and a half days, You finish the task, but then for the next one and a half days, try to figure out what extra thing you could do to build that trust, credibility, and put your stamp on it. And in that way, people notice you and you can grow. And this is the path to becoming a star performer.
