Step 1:
Download this MOD:
Debug Cheat Menu https://www.nexusmods.com/daysgone/mo...

Step 2:
Go to
C:\Users\(Your username)\AppData\Local\BendGame\Saved\
Inside Saved, create a folder and name it "Paks" without the speech marks, then place the desired mod in there.

Step 3:
Go to your game install directory e.g:
(path-to-game)Days Gone\BendGame\Content
Inside Content, you'll have a bunch of folders. look for the one called sfpaks and add an (s) to it (e.g) "sfpakss".

Step 4:
During game play, press Ctrl + Backspace to open the menu.
Only arrow keys can be used (up, down=select / left, right=execute).
Click the close button that appears to close it.
