Ingredients for about 3-4 servings:
2 cups / 5 dl frozen ripe peaches (about 2 big peaches)*
1 cup / 2 1/2 dl frozen apricots (about 4 apricots)
1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. I had to mix it with a spoon several times in between blending. You can add more liquid if needed

*Peaches and apricots are both high-FODMAP, so if you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, you can have a very small serving or replace the peaches with pineapple and apricots with strawberries☺️
