1) Install CUDA

a) Select Windows 11
b) Select your version
c) Select ex(network) (when installing, select Custom, check all the boxes. The next and close)
2) Download Visual Studio Code 2022:
https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/
3) Go to PyTorch home page: https://pytorch.org/
a) Select Getting Started
b) Select ( LTS, pip , Windows, PyTorch, and CUDA )
4) create a new python environment
a) In Visual Studio, select files, then new project, then Python application, then next
b) In the File Project Name: Type your project name
c) Keep this page open
d) In the C drive, create a new file: I Call it MyPythonEnvironment
e) Go back to c) right click on python environment and select Add environment (for the name, type your preferable name . in my case, I consider MyTorchenv, check the boxes (Set as current environment and Make this environment available globally )
f) In The last field, Type the same name as in e)
5) Click on Change virtual environment location (select the location MyPythonEnvironment created in 4-d)
6) Select Create
7) Now, on the Visual Studio code, under your project name (name created at 4-a) and under Python Environments, right-click on MyTorchenv (Environment Created in 4)
To open a Command Prompt Here …
8) Go back to 3) (do 3 and select the command for installation)
