With trial and error, it led me to launch a faceless YouTube channel with over 20+ million views, build a YouTube agency with over 20+ clients & even create this channel. In 3 months, we got over 100K views & 5k subscribers.
The brutal reality is that nobody really tells you how challenging it is to actually grow a following on this platform. Today I’m going to give you 13 lessons I've learned over the last 14 years just by failing on YouTube.
