At 24, armed with knowledge from film school and a background in digital marketing, I picked up the camera with new confidence, certain that this time I would succeed. But I failed again. It sucks cause I knew I had it in me… so I began to study top creators, read every book, and took every course. With trial and error, it led me to launch a faceless YouTube channel with over 20+ million views, build a YouTube agency with over 20+ clients & even create this channel. In 3 months, we got over 100K views & 5k subscribers.

The brutal reality is that nobody really tells you how challenging it is to actually grow a following on this platform. Today I’m going to give you 13 lessons I've learned over the last 14 years just by failing on YouTube. -Read Analytics: Understand your Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Average View Duration (AVD) to improve your content strategy.
