This video shows how to customize your Salesforce Knowledge Base articles without a single line of code. Take your business to the next level by building a Knowledge Base Portal for Salesforce - an excellent space to upload any documentation, resources, or any information related to the products and services of your business. Organizations can upload articles, tutorials, how-to guides, and troubleshooting content to their knowledge base from Salesforce. Customers and employees can then easily access these resources to learn more about a product or use them to resolve issues independently.

To create a Knowledge Base powered directly by Salesforce, you can use a template from Titan Web (https://titandxp.com/salesforce/cloud.... Titan enhances Knowledge Base Software by providing a completely customizable Knowledge Base that is added to the company’s existing website. An employee’s role in the company determines which articles they will see upon entering the Knowledge Base.
