Step 4: Converting Free to Paid
To do this, you go back to those people you delivered value to in the past year, let them know about your compelling offer, and then ask them for a referral, not a sale.
This could sound like, “Do you know anybody who might be a good fit for my services, and if so, would you do me a favor and make a connection?”
Step Five: Over-Deliver Value
This is the most important part if you want to hit $1M.
If you consistently over-deliver value then you will always have a full pipeline AND the ability to raise your prices.
