The World's Deepest Man: William Trubridge
William Trubridge is the world's deepest man, having freedived unaided on a single breath to a depth of 102 meters (334 feet). William has also broken the world record multiple times in the Free Immersion discipline, most recently with 124m (406 feet) at Vertical Blue, in May 2016.
He is the founder of Vertical Blue, the most prestigious freediving event in the world, held annually at Dean's Blue Hole, Bahamas.
William shares with Joe how his mindset is just as important as the physical part of diving. They discuss how having control over your mind has applications to your business as well.
