An incredible upper body movement is the Thoracic Bridge. It is a great way to incorporate good upper back extension and rotation, good shoulder positioning and stability, while also checking if you have adequate shoulder bicep and wrist mobility!

It looks like it might be crazy hard, but is quite achievable with a little bit of attention - and with those benefits, it is worth the attention!

Find a progression that works best for you to try and keep combining it with upper back mobility drills, over a few weeks this will be your new favourite movement and it even makes quite a cool photo for your profile picture 😎
