Day 11 in our search to find Rome's best pizza. In this video we explore the classic Roman round pizza. It has a super, paper thin crust. Not my favorite but it is very popular in Rome. I think Romans are too proud to serve Napolitan pizza and they had to come up with their own style. Rome's love it but I think they are speaking more from the heart then the stomach.
