Good morning everyone!
Join me today while I walk into the gym along the Calgary Parks pathway in Edworthy Park.
This is a serine walk through the park as I go to my Orange Theory Gym.
I won’t be talking, and I won’t be able to see the chat - this is just going to be a “Forest Bath” (#forestbathing). You can join along as I walk through the park, listen to the sounds, and make my way to the gym.
It should take me 80-120 minutes - depending on what we see, where we stop, and if we need to avoid any dangers.
