Here's the order:

7. The Muppet Show: The Complete 2nd Season Trailer
8. [scrubs]: The Complete 5th Season Trailer
9. DVD Menu (not shown)
10. Disney DVD Logo (2001-2007)
11. Blue Warning Screen (2003-present)

NOTE: Fake/fanmade. This, along with the other February 6, 2007 titles would be the very first titles to come out in February 2007, since a week prior was the second to last day of January in 2007, which was January 30, 2007, and my best friend was born on February 6, 2007 too!
NOTE #2: It makes sense having the trailers to Dinosaurs: The Complete 3rd and 4th Seasons and The Muppet Show: The Complete 2nd Season as some of the opening previews on here, because this is a crossover between two shows and they are both produced by The Jim Henson Company, and this also marks the official debut for the trailer to The Muppet Show: The Complete 2nd Season following the early appearances from December 2006 and January 2007
NOTE #3: And with that being said, it's appropriate having the trailer to [scrubs]: The Complete 5th Season as one of the other opening previews on here, because The Muppet Show is rated TV-G while Dinosaurs is rated TV-PG, and both shows can have previews like that either way, besides, there are a lot more previews like that as some of the extra previews on there too
NOTE #4: The reason why this does not use Disney FastPlay is because this is a crossover DVD release, and most crossover DVD releases (with a few exceptions, such as the 2007 DVD release of Wish Gone Amiss) don't have Disney FastPlay, and most Muppet Show and Dinosaurs DVD releases don't use Disney FastPlay, but maybe DVD releases of their animated adaptations after August 17, 2004 can have Disney FastPlay though, as they are rated TV-G and TV-PG, also, Dinosaurs was originally produced by Walt Disney Television, although the Touchstone Television logo was seen at the end of some early airings of the shows first season. Coincidentally, the animated adaptations to both shows have the Dora the Explorer art style, so we could have Disney FastPlay for DVD releases of both animated adaptations for sure
