Let's make a systemd script which will turn on your OLED TV
Here is the whole script for your copy-pasting pleasure:
(don't forget to change the IP/MAC addresses in it)

Type=simple
ExecStart=/bin/sh -c "wakeonlan -i 192.168.1.100 20:28:bc:aa:bb:cc"
RemainAfterExit=no
[Unit]
Wants=network-online.target
After=network.target network-online.target
[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target
