How to model the thermodynamic performance of the organic flash cycle. This video shows you step by step on how to model the thermodynamic of the organic flash cycle from scratch. The organic flash cycle's thermodynamic performance modelling was done in MATLAB and with CoolProp fluid property library.
The organic flash cycle is a vapour power where heat addition occurs with the working fluid in a liquid state, before been flash evaporator to produce a two-phase mixture and the saturated vapour would be separated and expanded to produce power.
