Here's a quick and healthy egg recipe for you. This oats omelette is simple to make and so delicious that it will become your go-to breakfast at least twice a week! 😋
You'll need
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp oats
50 ml milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Here's how
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl.
Add the milk, oats, salt, and black pepper. Beat everything together well. If you like, you can add other spices at this stage to enhance the flavor of your omelette.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Once the oil is hot, pour the oat mixture into the pan. Use a spoon to spread it evenly.
Cover the pan with a lid and let the omelette cook on low heat.
When the bottom is fully cooked, flip the omelette and cook the other side until it’s golden brown.
Once both sides are cooked, remove the omelette from the pan and serve. Enjoy!
