How to Add Cart to the Menu
1. Remove Cart form Appearance - menus
2. Go to header.
3. Search for cart in the widgets.
4. Add the cart to sit next to the header/next to the menu/or anywhere else.
5. Make it Inline (using positioning if required)
6. Style it
