Recently, I have discovered a trick which actually puts you in far more enjoyable lobbies. Before using this command, nearly every game I queued was unplayable and I struggled to maintain a positive win/lose ratio due to afk'ers and throwers. After adding "-allow_third_party_software" to my launch options, I had actual decent teammates and won 9 out of my last 10 matches - here are some of the highlights..
