El Paso Texas started putting signs all over the Border Freeway stating "Watch for Unexpected Pedestrians" because illegal immigrants were freely crossing the border without regard for cars that were driving on the US side of the border. Before Biden opened up the border, immigrants used to be afraid of the border patrol and would run to get away from them. Now they can be seen walking freely on the US side of the border and Border Patrol Agents are just parked watching them cross.
