This 1 minute triple chocolate chip microwave cookie is packed with chocolate flavor from the various chocolates and the chocolate chips. This chocolate chip cookie tastes just like a cookie from the oven! Made within 1 minute, this microwave triple chocolate cookie makes a great after school or work snack and can easily be shared with someone for a quick dessert! If you do not feel like making and baking numerous cookies or having a mess to clean up, this 1 minute microwave chocolate cookie recipe is great, quick, and easy since it is made in one bowl, eggless, and quickly baked in the microwave. You can also easily switch out the milk to your favorite milk for this 1 minute microwave triple chocolate chip cookie recipe. Make sure to add the milk in after adding the granulated sugar because it will change the consistency of the dough and the cookie will not taste as good or have the same consistency. Let this 1 minute microwave triple chocolate chip cookie cool for 5-10 minutes after removing carefully from the microwave since it will be really soft.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp milk
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chocolate chips (1/2 tbsp in the dough & 1/2 on top)
Place on a piece of parchment paper and bake in the microwave for 1 minute. Let cool 5-10 minutes before eating.
*Since all microwave wattages are different, if the triple chocolate chip cookie does not look done, microwave for 5- 10 seconds longer.
