You can create a #CustomerJourneyMap using #Miro (formerly known as realtimeboard) in just a few easy steps. In this video you'll learn how.

Miro is a super flexible online whiteboarding tool which a lot of people use in their Customer Journey Mapping projects.

There are several ways you can create the basic journey map structure in Miro using the build in building blocks. In this video we're going create lanes, information cards and an emotion curve.

When you know how to create these elements you'll be able to create any journey map you need.

In part 2 of this review we'll look at the more advanced features like sharing and exporting. Also I'll share my take on when I would consider using Miro in my projects.
